This collage of Ballerina Misty Copeland and the Alvin Ailey Dance Theater Dancers came to me totally spontaneously, but immediately become my fav' of all my slideshows.

….and HipHop crew OutKast, bumping the title track, add a pinch of "flava' and spice" to this batch of Sophisticated, Sexy, Soul, Sista, Silhouettes.

The only way I know of to fing the source of a photo is through Tineye. https://www.tineye.com/

I’m not sure how it works for someone who is attempting to republish photos as a Company or business. Many of my photos are from the Underarmour Company’s Website and sports campaign, as well as Misty Copeland’s website. Most of Misty’s photos are floating all over the web and probably impossible to stop from being passed around, and I doubt if Misty would want it to stop because of all exposure and publicity in social media. Companies like UnderArmour do not harass people for passing and posting photos over the web for personal use, such as Facebook, Tumblr, and Personal blogs. For them it seems to be free advertising and publicity.

Since I am a not for profit educational blog, I have the legal right in the USA to post a photograph and not infringe on a copyright. The disclaimer I have started to add to my articles is as follows.

“Copyright Disclaimer: Right to use photos claimed under: Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for fair use for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.”
