[below] Grilled Mango Curry Chicken Skewers
The Healthy Chef's "Healthy Morsel": Love this recipe though I'm gonna have to figure out how to get/make the lemongrass paste and curry paste, though I can probably find them at an ethnic store (click photo below for recipe)
[below] Greek Chicken Souvlaki and Rice Pilaf Plates w/Marinated Veggies + Feta Tzatziki
The Healthy Chef's "Healthy Morsel": Somewhat of a complex recipe, but I find those complex recipes force me for slow down, play a little music, and just enjoy the moment 🙂

[below] Spiced Salmon Kebabs
The Healthy Chef's "Healthy Morsel": Contrary to perception, Wild caught salmon is very low in mercury, so low, it is recommended by the Alaska Department of Healthy to be eaten in unlimited quantities, INCLUDING for pregnant women read more

[below] Grilled Herb Garlic Shrimp Skewers
The Healthy Chef's "Healthy Morsel": Get Wild Caught shrimp, it is actually very low in toxins and mercury. However most USA shrimp is farmed/imported and high in toxins. Also, use mineral rich, healthy Pink Himalayan Salt

[below] Balsamic Glazed Veggie Kebabs
The Healthy Chef's "Healthy Morsel": Gotta take care of my vegetarian readers 🙂

[below] Grilled Scallop Scampi Kebabs with Arugula and Herb Salad
The Healthy Chef's "Healthy Morsel": Scallops are very low in mercury. Love the recipe, except for that "Cooking Spray" with probably has toxic ingredients. A better approach is to cook skewers on lemon slices so they don't stick to grate.
