Back for another year on the Grill!!! And back for more "Dressed to Grill" recipes and Healthy Grilling Tips. And in case you haven't noticed, another year of what I call "Culinary Porn", that being Custom Outdoor Kitchens.
My collection of blog recipes are my own online cookbook, and when cookin' for others, I always like to have some sophisticated recipes on standy, on my laptop that sits on the counter, as I am whipping something up (if nothing else, it looks kinda cool, as one "at home" dinner date once told me) 🙂
I'm a big fan of the Kalamazoo Outdoor Gourmet Grill products, and this photo shoot of a from their website of an outdoor kitchen in Chicago Illinois, makes a great backdrop for my "sophisticated article".
I'm a big fan of tailgating at the stadium like most sports jocks, but this not the place for that, these "Sophisticated Skewers" command a more stylish event, like an outdoor dinner party for spouse's parents, or out of town guests, or something like that…….if you feel me………………

…about the Outdoor Kitchen
the owners of this Chicago home, were inspired to build a Kalamazoo outdoor kitchen because of their love of cooking. “The grill became the center point for doing our outdoor kitchen,” the homeowner noted. After working long days, the owner and his wife, prefer to experiment with new recipes in the comfort of their own home.
The Kalamazoo Hybrid Fire Grill is the focal point of this compact outdoor kitchen. Weather-tight cabinetry was built into the masonry for storage, and an Kalamazoo Artisan Fire Pizza Oven sits atop the countertop and allows the owners to cook restaurant quality Neapolitan style pizzas in their own backyard.
Below is a cool promo video from Kalamazoo Gourmet, the baddest grills in the land, a pretty nice short video to set the right vibe for this summer's grilling!!! ENJOY!!!
(and remember to try, if but just a little, at making your tasty grill treats a little healthier……..then you got the best of both worlds 🙂 )
