My boy Will Smith is pushing 47 years old in 2015, so for sure he can be considered what we call an
"Old School Playa', from the Himalaya" .
Will is making all of us "old guys" look good, so I figured a "Fresh Prince" photo shoot would be a good backdrop for this next batch of nutrients nature designed for us men in our 40's and 50's.
When I wrote that recent article on why I don't need Viagra, I was surprised how well received it was. I'm a living witness that the key to that youthful male vitality is the have a personal revolution with one's health, nutrition, and lifestyle.
And it should be obvious from my recipes on my site, I love to eat, so this can be done without taking away from the enjoyment of food.
…..and I'm not cutting and pasting off the web here, these are the amazing nutrients that I got into when I got a burst of "male vitality" when I healed myself from what seemed to be and inflamed prostate (very scary).
Mother Nature has some "heavy hitters", and knocked that ailment out like Ali taking out Foreman…..trust me
Anyhooz, here is the fourth batch of AMAZING nutrients that really treat your male vitality right, if you can work them into your diet on a consistent basis.
As I keep preaching, the fastest way is to get many of these nutrients into you regiment is to develop a tasty/healthy daily smoothie.
Reishi Mushroom Spores (Ganoderma Lucidum)
Pumpkin Seeds
Gac (Fak Khaao)
Reishi Mushroom Spores
According to the ancient book, "Shinnoh Honzohkyo" (the Japanese name of the ancient Chinese book), several hundred health and healing plants and herbs are ranked.
Reishi (Ganoderma Lucidum) destroyed all competition to take the coveted #1 ranking.
Difference between Reishi Mushrooms and Reishi Spores
Reishi Mushrooms (Ganoderma Lucidum) is a certain type of "relatively" rare mushroom know to Far Eastern Medicine for thousand of years. In and of itself it is perhaps on of the most healthy and potent herbal healers known to man.
Reishi Spores is basically a brown dust that is the reishi reproductive material, it basically accumulates on the mushroom, blows away in the wind, to create new reishi elsewhere. The spores are said to be hundreds of more times more potent than the reishi itself.
Nothing like finding a great product!!!
The latest reishi I purchased (pictured above) was a Reishi mushroom powder with added reishi spores. LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!. I know the day I started taking it I was waking "up periscope" the next morning even moreso than ever!!!
Since I was taking in so many nutrients when I healed myself, I couldn't isolate which ones were the most potent, but this latest batch or Reishi, which I have not been taking for several months, gave my "male vitality" and amazingly noticeable "jolt".
Pumpkin Seeds
I won't say pumpkin seeds are best and greatest seed compared to all the others, but they a very potent and healthy seed just "hanging around" for us to take advantage of for the sake of male health and male vitality.
As pertains to male vitality and pumpkin seeds, a couple of nutrients stand out which are of great benefit to males over 40, one being zinc, another being omega 3 fatty acids, and a third being magnesium. I love the sprouted, sea salted Go Raw Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds on my salads and even sometimes in
my smoothies.
Think Zinc!!!
Pumpkin seeds have long been valued as an important natural food for men’s health. This is in part because of their high zinc content, which is important for prostate health (the prostate being where it is found in the highest concentrations in the body).
Pumpkin seed extracts and oils may play a role in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH, or enlarged prostate). Research suggests that both pumpkin seed oil and pumpkin seeds may be particularly beneficial in supporting prostate health.
Gac the unknown superfood……that all men over 40 should know.
I touched upon the mysteriously strange looking Gac in one of my recent "Male Vitality" posts, as one of the plants rich in Lycopene, along with Rosehip and others. But I want bring up Gac again buy itself, because I think it is one of the most important superfoods a man over 40 can put in his body.
The short story is Lycopene is gaining much attention as an important nutrient for prostate health. Tomato is king of the Lycopene hill amongst fruits and veggies we know of, but Gac, native to Southeast Asia has over 50 times more lycopene that the tomato.
Gac Powder and Smoothies, a "Perfect Storm" of health and wellness.
There are only one overseas companies that sell Gac in the USA on Amazon that I have found. It is called Royal Tropics, I love their Gac powder in my smoothies
As I keep saying, the beauty of smoothies is that they allow us to get these important nutrients into our system on a consistent basis that we couldn't squeeze into our diet otherwise. I'll be harping on Gac forever, because I sense it is such an important food with abundance of nutrients that are lacking in the American diet.
~stay healthy~

This particular blog post is really amazing. For generic pill to solve ED issues ,you can seek to buy generic viagra to cure erectile dysfunction.
Hey Max,
Respectably speaking,
The whole point to the article is none of that stuff should ever be necessary. I never had what they define as “ED” persay, because I haven’t been sexually actually enough to label myself as such. I’m really trying to say, forget the concept of popping any pills, because it never resolves the underlying biochemistry and physical issues that happen with men as we move into our late 40’s and 50’s. I’m promoting taking one’s life back through diet and nutrition and getting your body back in youthful balance.I think it is very easy to believe it can’t be that easy. I’m a living testament that this issue can [often] be addressed naturally. I think we have to stop looking this as a disease or ailment, but look at it as a nutrient imbalance. So many things can be addressed and cured in this way in my humble [and perhaps arguable] opinion. Not that it matters, but I woke up with an erection [again] this morning, (been very consistent since I got back into Reishi Mushroom Spores, as I mentioned in the article as an update) so I know I’m on the right track.
