BTW, the photo above, that's how women look to me while I'm dreaming……..
Anyhooz, don't get me wrong, thumbing through dozens of photos of beautiful women makes these type of articles fun to write, for a "typical guy" who loves beautiful women… blogging is such hard work LOL!!!
But, more importantly, as a health and wellness nut (my other passion besides looking at beautiful women), I always get a sense of satisfaction knowing I might help motivate someone to take control of what they feed their skin and body, you know, by making health and wellness "hip and trendy" 🙂

Did you know?
It is [arguably] much easier for toxins to enter the body from the skin as opposed to through food and water? WHY? When eating and drinking, the digestive system has enzymes, acids, and other mechanisms to help attack and remove toxins.
However, no such defense exists with the skin. Often, toxins and chemicals from unhealthy and unnatural skin and bodycare products go straight into the bloodstream.

A good home remedy for removing dead skin from the feet is using 1 Cup Listerine, 1 Cup Vinegar and 2 Cups water.
Let soak for 10 mins. Use a pumice, loofah, or rough sponge to take the dead skin right off.

REMEMBER!!!!
Bad skin is often a result of imbalances deep within the body, often provoked by what we eat (or don't eat). Bad skin is usually the result or the body's natural process of pushing excessive toxins to the surface.
You have to work from the inside out for good skin. To get more info on this subject, check out my article….
Ayurvedic Skin Care: "Beauty is not skin deep…it goes much deeper"
In Conclusion……..
…….this article is all wrapped up with a yellow bow (and what fun!!!!). Remember, these items make great DIY gifts for Christmas, Mother's Day, Birthdays, Wedding Favors, Bathroom Decor Gifts, and of course, it is always a "gift to self " to holistically spoil one's self at any time.
Below is several extra yellow photos too gorgeous to leave out of the "photo shoot" 🙂

Hey Danielle,
Thanks for writing. I posted your comment on my site because I only allow those promotions is the company is selling a seemingly great holistic product. I’m not for profit, but no harm helping out small businesses into health and wellness, and thus you made a great comment. because I love your site and your products, and you’re right, DIY is not for everybody in that only some will have the time or inclination to make their own products. But I do allow small business to promotes themselves on my blow when they have a great product that people go to to purchase something. I want to collaborate with you on a future “Girl Talk” article if interested. Here’s a similar article, https://www.gaiahealthblog.com/2014/11/08/still-in-vogue/
